We will action the transfer from your existing provider, ensure they are ported over in a timely fashion, provision your new phones and then contact you to ensure the process has completed successfully. Once up and running with us, your phone account Manager or field based Account Manager, will be in touch regularly and you can of course contact named individuals within our customer service function at any time to suit you during working hours. We will conduct regular tariff reviews to check you are not overspending and advise you of any developments within the industry that we think might either affect you or benefit you as appropriate. In short we will manage your communications requirements. We can supply any Mobile phones you require through our powerful purchasing arm as well as accessories or insurance.
