This is the most basic form of support offered and is perfect for those who have enough IT knowledge to tackle the day to day issues but need a helping hand with more technical work. This package includes server monitoring to enable OneStream to monitor performance and faults. 24 hour monitoring will be carried out with a weekly review on updates/fixes/service packs required to ensure server continuity.
Full Server Support
Ideal for companies who need the security and knowledge of knowing that their servers will always be up to date with security and bug fixes. A full server support package consisting of Server monitoring with OneStream to monitor performance and faults. We install updates/fixes/service packs which are required to ensure server continuity. We provide administration of up to 3 servers and network.
Fully Managed IT – Complete Support
For companies who do not want the responsibility and cost of an internal IT team. This package includes PC and Server monitoring applications, which are installed at time of installation (or contract takeover). This enables OneStream to monitor performance and faults. Installation of updates/fixes/
service packs required to network/servers and desktop/laptop PC’s. End user desktop IT Support dependent on company size via OneStream helpdesk. Monthly on site consultation from your OneStream account manager.
